Ryan Buggle is back — and fans are ecstatic to see Olivia Benson’s son Noah again.
Olivia Benson has one of her loved ones back in her life, and fans were truly missing him on their TVs … until now.
With the back half of Law and Order: SVU season 26 airing on NBC every Thursday, fans were curious to know when they’d get the chance to see Olivia’s son Noah return to the show. Well, in a surprise Instagram video posted on actor Ryan Buggle (who portrays Noah)’s Instagram, folks learned he was back on set and working alongside his TV mom Mariska Hargitay. As the two dubbed the sound from a TikTok trailer of the latest season of Hulu’s The Kardashians, Mariska and Ryan seemingly confirmed they were reunited and working on new episodes for the procedural drama.
“Did you miss us?” Ryan cheekily wrote in the caption alongside the clip.

When fans realized Mariska and Ryan were together and potentially working on more installments of Law and Order: SVU, it didn’t take long for them to epically react in the comments.
“I love this so much!! We missed you NOAH! 🤍,” one person exclaimed in the comments. “Definitely not crying 🥹!! This is so cute 🥹,” another declared. “Omg this has made my year!!!!!! I’m so happy for you Ryan ❤️,” a different follower added.
Now, this is one family reunion we were absolutely waiting for! And while we don’t know how Ryan’s character will be folded back in to SVU, clearly fans can’t wait to see what Noah has been up to,
Speaking of actors making appearances on Law and Order: SVU, fans may have noticed how the 2025 SAG Awards made note of those who found themselves guest starring on the show over the years. With names like Timothée Chalamet, Zoe Saldaña, Colman Domingo and more, Mariska was on hand for a pre-taped segment that paid tribute to the show paving the way for so many stars.
“In the Law and Order universe, the dedicated actors who bring these stories to life are members of an elite squad known as the guest stars,” Mariska stated in the clip, per People. “These are their stories.”
