Now known for coming in with some good news when no one expects them, Good Omens is once again here to save the day for all Neil Gaiman fans. Among the uncertainty around The Sandman, which has been renewed, but has no real release date, and Dead Boy Detective, which is yet to get season 2, Good Omens is doing the absolute best.
Produced and streamed by Prime Video, Good Omens season 3 is very likely to premiere in late 2025 or early 2026, depending on how the post-production goes. A show like this, requiring a lot of technical work and graphics, may take a while, but at least now fans know the date when the filming begins, as well as what to expect of it.

During his visit to the BAFTA TV Awards, David Tennant gave only a few interviews, but the one with Michelle Visage was the most exciting for all Good Omens fans. The actor, who plays the demon Crowley in the series, confirmed that Season 3 will happen, that it will be the last, and that it will deal with something that all fans want to see.
While David Tennant and his Good Omens co-star Michael Sheen remain great friends in real life, their characters have entered a new realm of relationship. With a desperate kiss initiated by Crowley in the midst of an argument with his friend, Good Omens has confirmed fans’ suspicions and speculations that the two are romantically involved.
At least, if they never were before, they are now, as the kiss was definitely not taken lightly by either party. And to make things even more exciting for those who have been waiting for their favorite couple to get together, Tennant has hinted that this won’t be the last time viewers see them kiss.
“Well, you don’t know how many we’ve got lined up for series 3. I mean, neither do I to be honest but, you know,” he said, answering Visage’s question.
Although the fans are ecstatic about all the possibilities season 3 brings, they are also devastated to know that the third chapter of Aziraphale and Crowley’s journey will also be the last one. However, as filming doesn’t begin until January 2025, there is plenty of time to wrap our heads around the news and make peace with them.
