3 Important Questions That Succession Finale Left Unanswered

Sometimes it just feels like the writers just enjoy making fun of the fans…

Succession finale just aired several days ago but had already taken its place on the list of the series with the best ending ever.

The fans are absolutely stunned with the way the creators and the writers handled the show’s last episode.

It really helped that they focused enough on each character’s arc and actually sent each of them off the way they really deserved.

Still, while the finale is generally satisfying and answers most of the major plot questions, the show still has a lot of loose ends.

1. Kendall and the family

From the show’s debut, Kendall’s desperate quest to become the next CEO of Waystar Royco has driven a deep wedge between him and his family. He goes through a divorce, loses his children. All in the pursuit of power.

But now that he’s really out of the organization, Kendall would actually have some time on his hands to become a full-time dad.

But that doesn’t mean he’s going to do it, right? Even if there will be a way for him to win custody over the children, it’s hard to see how he could repair his broken relationship with his kids.

2. Are the scandals safe?

One of the most controversial families in the show are definitely The Roys. And some of the skeletons in their closets would permanently damage their public image.

The fun fact is that it is actually Kendall who has a lot of misadventures to hide.

Besides a past of troubled drug use, he still hides his involvement in the waitress’s fatal accident at Shiv’s wedding. Well, for now it looks like that secret will stay under wraps unless Roman or Shiv decide to leak it to the press.

1. Logan and the CEO story

Well, needless to say, Logan’s true heir will be one of the most mysterious things left unexplained in television history.

Some fans will be happy with the answer the show itself gave them, but the rest will try to overanalyze every detail of the story to find the true answer.

Well, frankly, it looks more like Logan didn’t have a succession plan at all because he just couldn’t believe that he was actually going to die one day.

That being said, if he had really planned to cash out and sell the company to Matsson, he would have either let Matsson take over as CEO or appointed his own guy as CEO.
