5 The Handmaid’s Tale S6 Predictions That Just Make Sense

Can’t wait to see the craziest fan theories come to life.

Hulu’s The Handmaid’s Tale has been both devastating and captivating for viewers as it has held its position for five seasons. However, all great things must come to an end and the showrunners have already announced that Season 6 will be the final chapter of this story.

Although there is no official information about the production status or release date of Season 6, the internet is full of predictions and theories about what we’ll see in the grand finale of The Handmaid’s Tale.

Here are five predictions that are more likely to come true than you think.

Serena and June’s Train Journey

Most fans tend to think that the train that Serena and June took will never reach its destination. Or at least they won’t. Whether they’ll sneak out together or something will force them to go their separate ways is still unknown, but the gut feeling is that we won’t see Hawaii.

Luke Ends Up In Prison

Although June is facing another impossible choice of which man in her life to help, many fans don’t think it will be Luke. Not too many people have been fans of this guy throughout Season 5, saying that he doesn’t understand what June has been through and isn’t supportive enough, so putting him behind bars would solve that problem.

Serena’s Redemption Arc

Whether you want to see it or not, all signs indicate that Serena will be redeemed, at least to some degree, in the end. Now that she is with June, she may be willing to help her, if not for June’s sake and the greater good, then for herself and her newborn child that she now has to care for.

Nick Has A Target On His Back

It’s not really surprising, since he’s already been warned about this by MacKenzie, but fans are ready for every possible twist out there. Though he remains the main love interest for June (especially with Luke out of the picture), the writers of The Handmaid’s Tale cannot be trusted with a happy ending.

Naomi Taking Over Serena’s Place

Now that the role of Gilead’s wife is open, Naomi will be happy to take it, and will probably be successful in the eyes of the public. Though she was not the one who developed Gilead and does not have the same power and faith in the system, she has definitely proven herself evil enough for the role.
